(Optional) Installing the Fresh Air Integrated Unit
步骤1：打开机组侧面板，拧下压缩机底座上2个M8 螺母，拆除2个压缩机固定
片， 重新拧紧2个M8 螺栓，安装原盖板。
步骤2：在预制模块上取下接线盒盖板、进风口盖板、出风口盖板。
从预制模块箱体内部用十字螺丝刀拆除预制模块上预留的接线盒盖板螺钉。
a)
用美工刀割开盖板和预制模块粘连的胶水。取下接线盒盖板。
b) 从预制模块内部用十字螺丝刀拆除进风口和出风口的螺钉，并用美工刀割
开盖板粘连的胶水。取下进风口盖板和出风口盖板。
步骤3：在室外侧墙壁上预安装两颗螺栓用于悬挂本设备。
步骤4：用吊车将空调吊至安装位置，并悬挂于已经预安装好的两颗螺栓上。
步骤5：微调空调位置，保证空调机组室内侧的进、出风口与预制模块上的进、
出风口孔位对齐后，安装所有螺栓，打紧力矩。
步骤6：对空调和箱体连接位置连续均匀打胶保证可靠密封，同时对紧固螺钉头
位置进行打胶密封。
步骤7：对空调及安装面进行IPX5防水测试。

Step 1 Open the Side panel of the smart cooling product, remove the two M8 nuts from the compressor base, remove the two
compressor fasteners, tighten the two M8 bolts and reinstall the cover plate again.
Step 2 Take off the cable connection box cover from outside of the pre-fab. module, supply air vent cover, and return air vent
cover from the pre-fab. module.
a) Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws reserved on the cover of the connection box inside the pre-fab. module.
Cut the glue between the cover and the pre-fab. module using a utility knife, and remove the connection box cover.
b) Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws reserved on the covers of the air intake and exhaust vent on the pre-fab.
module. And then cut the glue between the air intake and exhaust vent covers inside the pre-fab. module using a utility
knife. Remove the air intake and air exhaust vent covers.
Step 3 Install two bolts on the outdoor side wall to hang the device.
Step 4 Hoist the pre-fab. module to the installation position using a crane and place it on the two bolts that have been installed.
Step 5 Adjust the air conditioner position. Align the air intake and exhaust vents on the indoor side of the air conditioners with
the air intake and exhaust vent holes on the pre-fab. module, install all bolts, and tighten them to the required torque.
Step 6: Apply sealant evenly to the joint between the air conditioner and the pre-fab. module to ensure reliable sealing, and
apply sealant to the screw heads.
Step 7: Perform an IPX5 waterproof test on the air conditioner and installation surface.
