Paper is jammed.
There is either no paper or paper is
jammed.
The firmware update failed.
Abnormal data was received from
the computer.
Insufficient memory due to the
overlay printing's form data being
large.

Handling
Remove the paper jam and load the
paper again. (P.12)
If out of paper, resupply with new
paper. (P.12)
To cancel printing, click on [Cancel
Print Job] in the Status Monitor.
If the same error occurs, confirm the
following:
- Confirm that the thickness of the
set paper is 145μm-255μm.
- Confirm that the paper set (size
and shape) matches the paper
(size and shape) configured by
the application software or printer
driver.
- There is a possibility that the
transport unit's sensor is dirty.
Clean the transport unit.
If out of paper, resupply with new
paper. (P.12)
To cancel printing, click on [Cancel
Print Job] in the Status Monitor.
If the paper is jammed, remove the
paper jam and load the paper again.

Perform the update again.
Confirm the cable connection and
print again.
Click on [Cancel Print Job] in the
Status Monitor, and cancel printing
and recreate the form data.
