3.2.3

Redundant 230 V or 24 V auxiliary voltage supply

Fundamentals
The 230 V or 24 V auxiliary voltage supply of the control cabinet is redundant and has separate
fuse protection.
Test procedure
1. The drive power section is switched off.
2. The auxiliary voltage is present.
3. A miniature circuit breaker of the auxiliary power supply is opened.
Result
The test is passed if the drive responds as described above.
3.2.4

DC-link pulsed operation at 0 Hz

Fundamentals
The actual current values currently measured at the drive output at 0 Hz DC-link pulsing
frequency are displayed with reduced DC-link current with a short-circuited drive output on the
motor side.
Test procedure
1. The auxiliary voltage is present.
2. The rated voltage or a reduced voltage is applied to the rectifier input.
3. The DC-link pulsing frequency is set to 0 Hz.
4. The actual values of the input voltage and the DC-link current are displayed on the test
Result
The test is passed if direct current is flowing at the drive output.
3.2.5

DC-link pulsed operation at 2 Hz

Fundamentals
At a DC-link pulsed operation of 2 Hz, all of the inverter thyristors are controlled. The test is
performed with reduced DC-link current with a short-circuited drive output on the motor side.
