Table 2-4: Screen Messages and the Possible Causes

CHANNEL NOT
No channel card is installed
AVAILABLE
at the position selected.
NO PROBE
Unit has not been configured
for the probe activated. For
example, you will not be
able to display pressure on a
channel where only an M
Series probe is configured.
NOT AVAILABLE
The mode and/or units
selected require more data or
need a different probe. For
example, you will not be
able to read %RH with a
moisture probe that does not
have the temperature option
MIS NO LINK
Communication with a
Moisture Image Series Probe
has failed. The Moisture
Image Series Probe is dis-
connected or damaged.
Chan X: MIS BAD
Communication link with
CRC (CRC - Cyclic
Moisture Image Series Probe
Redundancy Check)
is established, but data is
intermittent or distorted.
Aux Failure!
Auxiliary Input has failed or
is not installed.
ADC Failure!
Primary A/D converter has
failed.

The Series 1 has several screen messages that may display during
operation. Refer to Table 2-4 for a list of these messages and the
possible causes.
