6. Restart function

6.4 Auto Preform and Mount restart function

This type is used for long lead frame which length more than 150mm between 1
island.
Lead frame can directly transferred to Preform and Mount position and start paste and mounting
according to the specify input data.
There are some necessary settings need to be done in this function. The below are the setting data:
① This function is either setting PREFORM FEED TARGET or MOUNT FEED TARGET to
transfer the lead frame to both position.
② Both PREFORM ISLAND TARGET and MOUNT ISLAND TARGET need to be set for the
specify the starting paste and mounting position.

6.5 Mount position pasted check function

Lead frame will transfer to specify Preform position and start paste at the specify start number. After
lead frame transferred to mount position, mount will only start mount according to the specify
Preform Island target data.
There are some necessary settings need to be done in this function. The below are the setting data:
① Preform Feed Target
Specify data for number of pitch row to be transferred.
② Preform Island target
Specify data fir start paste island number.
③ Mount head parameter function
PREFORM PASTED CHECK SW need to be turned on.
