MOUNT RESTART FUNCTION
Lead frame can directly transfer to specify Mount target position and start bonding to the specify
island position.

Specify data for start mounting island number.

Mount Feed target
Specify data for no. of pitch row to be transferred.
- Mount only has + input value.
- Mount from input data to MAX island number.
