Node ID
Note: If more than one HygroTrace is on the RS485 network,
each unit must have a unique ID.
Test
To return to the Main Menu, press Cancel.
Service
- has limited access. The service passcode is required.
For a description of the service menu, see Service on page 30.
HygroTrace Moisture Transmitter
To change the node ID, select Node
ID on the Comms Menu, then press
Enter and the following screen
appears:
Use the arrow keys to change the
node ID value. Press Enter to save
(or Cancel to keep the previous
value), and return to the Comms
Menu.
To test the serial connection over
RS485, select Test and press Enter.
The HygroTrace will transmit a
short message, "HygroTrace Comm
Test - Node 16", over RS485 for
testing the serial connection.
