Preparing the hose fittings
The description refers to pneumatic lines with a diameter of 4 mm or 6 mm.
1.
Choose the matching hose fittings depending on the number and diameter of
the lines (2).
2.
Make a lateral incision on the hose fittings with a cutter blade (1) in order to
be able to insert the pneumatic lines.
3.
Insert the pneumatic lines into the hose fittings.

Insert the pneumatic lines (1) with hose fittings (2) or the pneumatic line into
the hose mounting clips (3). When using hose fittings, make sure that they are
flush with the outer edges of the hose mounting clip.

Close the hose mounting clips (3) in such a way that they click into place
audibly.

Repeat the previous steps to fasten the pneumatic lines to all hose mounting
clips.
4.
In the pivot and rotation ranges of the robot axes, make sure that the
pneumatic lines are placed in such a way that the movements of the robot arm
are not limited.
5.
Make sure that the pneumatic lines do not rub against the sensor skin or other
components. Adapt the placement of the pneumatic lines if necessary.
