Turning the System On/ Off

Turning the System On/ Off
When not using a camera head, use the following procedures to turn the system on and off.
Turning the system on
When the IP controller's power is off, slide the power switch once in the direction of the arrow to turn on the system.
The green power/status indicator will illuminate and the orange indicator will flash slowly (once per second). When the
IP controller's launch process is completed, only the green power/status indicator will illuminate.
Turning the system off
When the IP controller's power is on, slide the power switch once in the direction of the arrow. The green power/status
indicator will turn off and the orange indicator will start flashing (two flashes per second). When the IP controller's
shutdown process is completed, the orange indicator will stop flashing and the IP controller will turn off.
While the IP controller is turned off, if power is still supplied from the PoE hub, the power/status indicator will illuminate
in orange; if there is no power supply, the indicator will turn off.
Locking the power switch
Push the power switch in the LOCK position to lock the power switch and prevent the system from turning off
inadvertently.
