7.2 Installing the CCU
Install floating nuts on the mounting bars of the cabinet.
Fix the CCU to the mounting bars in the cabinet.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten screws on the CCU.
Connect one end (labeled as MA56T:GE) of the 2 communication cables to the upstream GE ports of the service 、
device. (Ports with silkscreen TX3-0/RX3-0~TX3-1/RX3-1 are upstream GE ports. You are advised to connect the 2
cables respectively to 2 GE ports with the same silkscreen on the active/standby boards. Need to coordinate the use
of photoelectric conversion module with the code 02114632) Then, connect the other end(labeled as CCU:FE0/FE1)
of the 2 communication cables to the FE0 and FE1 ports of the CCU.
