AddOn FB library

The source code of each FB block is open for customer-specific adaptations.
The nomenclature for the AddOn function blocks is the same as the naming scheme for the
SIMOCRANE Basic Technology [Ref 2].
The function blocks must be called in a cyclic task (application project: BackgroundTask).
