The U526 phone supports multiple languages. Select Settings > Phone setup > Language
from the main menu, and press

Date and time
This option is used to change the system time of the phone.
Date format
This option is used to change the display format of the date of the phone. Three formats are
available: yy/mm/dd, mm/dd/yy, dd/mm/yy.

This option is used to set the language to be used in the phone
according to the language used in your USIM card:
If the language used in the USIM is simplified Chinese, traditional
Chinese or English, the language used in the phone will be set
automatically to the simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese or
English respectively.
If the language used in USIM is not simplified Chinese, traditional
Chinese nor English, the language used in the phone will be set to
English automatically.
