After launching the browser, you will see "Homepage", the first option. You need to set the

Browsing Web Pages
In the Homepage, select a link from the page; and then select OK to browse the page.
Note:
During browsing, you can press the scroll keys to select a link to be accessed. The
selected link is highlighted. Press OK to enter it.
