Removing EGS Solenoid Y5

1. Remove the left side panel (see Section 010-4.1).
2. Remove the drip pan. See Section 010-4.2.
3. Remove the connecting strip. See Section 030-4.5.
4. Remove the left toekick. See Section 040-4.3.
5. Disconnect the plug connections to the EGS solenoid.
6. Press the locking tabs to one side.
7. Remove the EGS solenoid upwards.

Removing Reactivation Valve Y38

1. Remove the left side panel (see Section 010-4.1).
2. Remove the drip pan. See Section 010-4.2.
3. Remove the connecting strip. See Section 030-4.5.
4. Remove the left toekick. See Section 040-4.3.
5. Disconnect the plug connections to the reactivation valve.
6. Turn the reactivation valve 90° clockwise.
7. Remove the reactivation valve upwards.

Removing the Circulation Pump

Warning!
In the open motor housing, there is an electronic module circuit board (PCB)
which must be protected from moisture and water ingress in order to avoid
short circuits.
Before starting service work, make sure that there is no residual water in the
machine.
In order to avoid damage from splashes, the drip pan must not be
dehumidified with compressed air.
1. Remove the motor holder screw from the rear panel.
2. Remove the drip pan. See Section 010-4.2.
3. Disconnect the connections with hose clips for the feed pipes to the top
and middle spray arms.
4. Disconnect the connections with hose clip to the sump.
5. Disconnect all plug connections.
6. Remove the circulation pump.
Note:
When installing the circulation pump, it is important to first install the sump
seal on the pump. Then slide the circulation pump with seal into the sump
housing and secure the pump.
