Introduction to the inverters
Removal and reinstallation (FR-A820-01540(30K) or lower, FR-A840-00770(30K) or lower)
● Removal of the terminal block cover
Loosen the screws on the terminal block cover. (These screws cannot be removed.)
Holding the areas around the installation hooks on the sides of the terminal block cover, pull out
the terminal block cover using its upper side as a support.
With the terminal block cover removed, wiring of the main circuit terminals and control circuit
terminals can be performed.
● Removal of the front cover
With the terminal block cover removed, loosen the mounting screw(s) on the front cover.(The
screw(s) cannot be removed.) (The number of the mounting screws differs by the capacity.)
Holding the areas around the installation hooks on the sides of the front cover, pull out the cover
using its upper side as a support.
With the front cover removed, wiring of the RS-485 terminals and installation of the plug-in option
can be performed.
