5.3 Optical parameters

The upstream wavelength operation for the E-240G-B ONU is as follows:

5.4 Turbo mode

The E-240G-B supports Turbo mode.
The 1490nm wavelength operation is run at 2.5 Gb/s downstream to allow greater
bandwidth on the PON in the downstream direction. Note that although the line rate
is 2.5 Gb/s, the downstream bandwidth available is 2 Gb/s.
The upstream wavelength remains at 1.25 Gb/s.
