Note:
Bleed air from the swing motor and travel motor only when the oil was drained from the motor cases.
1. Bleeding air from work equipment pump and
fan pump
1) Loosen work equipment pump bleeder (1)
and fan pump bleeder (2) by 4 turns and
remove the oil filler cap of the hydraulic
tank.
a Leave the machine under the above
condition for 10 minutes or more.
2) After oil flows out of bleeders (1) and (2),
run the engine at low idle.
a If the engine coolant temperature is low
and the automatic warm-up operation is
started, stop the engine temporarily and
reset the automatic warm-up operation
with the fuel control dial (Set the starting
switch in the ON position and hold the
fuel control dial in the MAX position for 3
seconds, and the automatic warm-up
operation is reset).
a Set the lock lever in the LOCK position
so that you will not operate a lever by
mistake.
