5 Alarms and Troubleshooting
Solution
check whether the alarm is
cleared.
 If yes, no further action is
required.

If no, contact Huawei
technical support.
1. Check whether the AC
voltage is abnormal.

If yes, rectify the power
grid fault.
 If no, contact Huawei
technical support.
1. Switch off the battery circuit
breaker and check whether
the battery voltage is
abnormal.
 If yes, replace the battery.

If no, go to the next step.

failure alarm.

If yes, handle the alarm.
