Tire mounting / removal

Remove the wheel nut and remove

the tire. Place the removed tire
under the car body.
Advice
When placing the tire on the ground,
it will be difficult to scratch it with the
wheel surface up.
Remove dirt and foreign objects in

the following places.
 Of the wheel to be replaced
Mounting surface (1)
 Body side mounting surface (hub
surface) (2)
 Bolt and wheel nut
Screw part (3)
 Tapered face of wheel nut (4)
 Tapered face of wheel hole (5)

The figure above is a typical example.
It depends on the type of car.

 At this time, if there are
abnormalities such as crushing
or cracking in the threaded
portion of the bolt or nut or the
bolt hole of the wheel,
Please receive inspection at
Suzuki Service Factory.
 If there is dirt, foreign object,
abnormality such as crush or crack at
the place mentioned above,
The wheel nut may loosen.
 Do not allow oil or grease to
adhere to nuts or bolts. Do not
tighten the nut excessively than
necessary, possibly causing the bolt
to break.
Tighten by turning clockwise by
3
hand until the tapered surface (4)
of the wheel nut lightly contacts
the tapered surface (5) of the
wheel hole.
