10. Open the hood and route the power and ground
connector end of the harness back along the right
side of the machine to the power center (Figure 10).

11. Open the cover on power center to expose the fuse
blocks (Figure 11).

12. From the rear of the power center, insert the new
fuse block into the bottom slot (Figure 12).
Note: The power center may removed to aid
installation.
13. Secure the fuse block to the power center with (2)
#10 x 5/8 inch screws and lock nuts (Figure 12).
14. Plug the fuse block power cable into one of the
available sources.
15. Hook the power side of the harness to the new fuse
block and the harness ground to the ground block.

16. Install the fuses (Figure 12) as follows:
For snow thrower applications, use (1) 10 amp fuse
supplied with the snow thrower and (1) 30 amp
thermal breaker furnished with the kit.
Note: The 30 amp thermal breaker is used for the
chute rotating circuit.
For rotary broom applications, use (2) 5 amp fuses
furnished with the kit (Do not use a 30 amp thermal
breaker).
Note: Make sure the fuses are installed in the

corresponding slots that have the wire connected
to the harness.
17. Affix the fuse decals to the corresponding locations
on the fuse block decal (Figure 12). Make sure the
decal surface is clean and dry before affixing the
decal.
18. Close and secure the power center cover.
19. Route the attachment end of the harness along the
lift arm to the attachment solenoids. Connect the
harness to the solenoids.
Note: Route and cable tie the harness away from
any hot or rotating components and avoid any
possible pinch points.
20. Connect the negative battery cable to the battery.
21. Test the switch operation. Reverse the connections
on the attachment solenoids if the direction of
operation is opposite the switch and decal.
