General safety instructions

Storage and transport

Store the device in its original packing. The original packing provides optimum protection during trans-
port. Store the device in a temperature range of -25 °C to +70 °C.

Cleaning and maintenance

ISE SMART CONNECT KNX Panasonic is maintenance-free.
If necessary, clean the device with a dry cloth.
Important
Damage to the device due to incorrect opening
• Never open the housing.
• If you suspect that the device is damaged, contact our Support.
• We provide a warranty in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Please send the device back to us postage free with a detailed error description.
