Changing the computer or spectrometer IP address should be done with caution if
one is not knowledgeable of Ethernet settings.

Checking the Connection

The connection can be checked with the ABB FTIR utility. To run the utility, go to
the Windows Control Panel.

In the Internet (TCP/IP) Properties dialog box, select Use the following IP
address and type the following information.
