InMail Feature Manual
Description
An extension user can listen to their messages in either
LIFO (last-in-first-out) or FIFO (first-in-first-out) order.
See Record and Send a Message in this glossary.
An extension user can reply to a message in their mail-
box by dialing a code, without knowing the caller's ex-
tension number.

Sets how many messages a mailbox can store.
An extension Message Waiting lamp flashes on the tel-
ephone indicating new messages are waiting in their
mailbox.
By assigning a unique Answer Table to each trunk, a
single InMail system can provide individual greetings
and dialing options for several companies.

Provides callers with additional dialing options after
they leave a message in an extension mailbox (de-
pending on the setting of the Next Call Routing Mailbox
Dial Mode).

Park and Page can automatically Park a call at an ex-
tension and Page the user with a recorded Paging
Message announcing the parked call. The called exten-

You can program (customize) InMail by using the
PCPro and WebPro programming applications. Limited
programming can also be done from a System Admin-
istrator's mailbox.
