When an applic ation card is inserte d, the X 07 is contro lled by the softwa re
contai ned in the applic ation card. When the power is turned ON with an ap­
plicatio n card inserte d, an utility progra m other than the BASIC might start.
This also applies when a CANON program card is inserted .
Therefore, before using an application or a CANON program card, always
read its instruction manual.
