3.4.2 Controlling a Site

Using the touch panel, perform site control operations to control conferences.
Context
During multipoint conferences, the conference chair site has more site controls available than
other sites.

To hide the conference controls list, tap any area other than the conference controls list area
on the home screen.

Description
Gives the floor to the site, enabling the site's voice
and video to be broadcast. All sites, excluding the
chair site and the floor site, have muted
microphones.
Broadcasts video of the site to all other sites,
excluding the chair and broadcast sites. The chair
site can broadcast one site at a time or multiple sites
in turn at predefined intervals.
l Mutes the site's microphone. After you have
muted the site's microphone, other sites in the
conference cannot hear the site.
l Unmutes the site's microphone. When the site's
microphone is not muted, it can be heard by
other sites.
Non-chair sites can view only one site at a time.
The chair site can view one site at a time or multiple
sites in turn at predefined intervals.
