3.1 Answering a Call

There are two modes for the terminal and the touch panel to answer incoming calls.
You can configure the terminal or touch panel to answer incoming calls in one of the following
ways:

3.2 Setting Call and Conference Parameters

Before conferences start, use the touch panel to set call and conference parameters.

The touch panel prompts you to answer the calls manually.
The terminal answers incoming calls automatically.
NOTE
To set the answer mode from the touch panel, click
Settings > Advanced Settings > Conference Settings, and set Answer mode.
