Why does the mobile phone have no 4G signal?

Slide down the status bar to display the notifications panel. On the shortcuts tab page,
check whether the "4G" switch is enabled?
For a dual-card phone, check whether the SIM card you used is set as the 4G/3G slot
from the "Dual card management".
Please check whether the SIM card is a 4G card and whether the 4G data pckage is
activated.
Provide the information about the address where no 4G signal to the service provider
and consult the local 4G network coverage conditions.

Why can't access the Internet after the mobile phone is connected to a Wi-Fi
network?
Click the Wi-Fi hotspot which is connected, check the signal strength and link speed. If
the signal is weak, please remove to open site or the place near the Wi-Fi hotspot.
Please make sure whether finish the hotspot web registration and certification through
a browser.
Please make sure whether the router is powered off.

Cannot find the wireless router when searching for it.

Please make sure the SSID of the router is visible.
Please reboot your mobile phone, and try to search the wireless router manually.
