If the problem still remains, please reopen the Wi-Fi switch or restart the Wi-Fi
hotspot.

The Wi-Fi network cannot be found when searching for it.

Restart the Wi-Fi hotspot, for example, the wireless router.
Turn the Wi-Fi switch off and then back on again.
Reboot your mobile phone.
Please check whether the wireless router is set to hide the SSID. If so, the network must
be added manually. Select Add network... in the Wi-Fi settings and enter the network
SSID as per the on-screen prompts. Please refer to the wireless router instructions for a
detailed description of the settings.

How to set"Do not use mobile data"when Wi-Fi is unavailable?

When the Wi-Fi and data connection are both on, the mobile phone prefer to use the
Wi-Fi connection.
When the Wi-Fi connection is disconnected, click Settings > More > Mobile
networks, select "Do not use mobile data" in "Wi-Fi/mobile data switch
reminder".
Note:
"Wi-Fi/mobile data switch reminder"menu can only be available in TAG-L22
(Southeast Asia and South Pacific software version) . The other software version will
use the mobile data automatically when Wi-Fi is unavailable.
