Loading the Cargo Box

The capacity of the cargo box is 13 ft. 3 (. 37 m 3 ).
The amount (volume) of material that can be placed in
the box without exceeding the vehicle load ratings can
vary greatly depending on the density of the material.
For example, a level box of wet sand weighs 1500 lb.
(680 kg), which exceeds the load rating by 650 lb.
(295 kg). But a level box of wood weighs 650 lb. (295
kg), which is under the load rating.

Transporting the Vehicle

For moving the vehicle long distances, a trailer should
be used. Make sure that the vehicle is secured to the
trailer. Refer to Figures 12 and 13 for the location of
the tie-down points.
CAUTION
Loose seats may fall off of the vehicle and trailer
when transporting and land on another vehicle or
become an obstruction on the road.
Remove the seats or make sure that the seats are
securely fastened in the detents.

1. Tie down points

Towing the Vehicle

In case of an emergency, the vehicle can be towed for
a short distance. However, we do not recommend this
as a standard procedure.
WARNING
Towing at excessive speeds could cause a loss of
steering control, resulting in personal injury.
Never tow the vehicle faster than 8 kmh.
Towing the vehicle is a two-person job. If the
machine must be moved a considerable distance,
transport it on a truck or trailer; refer to Transporting
the Vehicle.
1.
Remove the drive belt; refer to Replacing the
Drive Belt, steps 1 and 2.
2.
Affix a tow line to the tongue on the front of the
frame (Fig. 13).
3.
Put the vehicle in neutral and release the parking
brake.
