SUPERMIG230 MODEL No: Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard, this product will, if used according to these instructions, and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance. ASSEMBLING GAS PLATFORM: (Refer to 'P' in figs.1 & 2) Turn the SPECIFICATION, Model No: ............SUPERMIG230 Welding Current: ..................30 - 230A welder upside down on a smooth non-abrasive surface. The welder should be turned over by two people as it is very heavy.
3.11.3 Tighten the clutch nut located in the centre of the wire spool holder Sealey “PROSAF/12V OR 24V IN ORDER TO PROTECT SOPHISTICATED ELECTRONICS. ENSURE YOU HAVE READ & with a spanner (fig.7-D) and test the machine as above until the wire stops over running.
To keep the contact tip free from spatter, we recommend the use of Sealey anti-spatter spray (MIG/722308) available from your Sealey Dealer. Refer to fig.12 and section 3.9 for removal and replacement.
