To Stop recording to external media
Perform the following to stop recording operations to
external media that are in progress.

If you want to display the [MENU] screen, press the
MENU button.

Press the ENTER button.
The stop recording confirmation message appears on
the screen.
The "CANCEL YES/NO" message appears on the
front panel display.

Select [Yes] on the screen or [YES] on the front panel
display.
Recording to the external media stops.

Playback

Playback
You can play back the most recent recorded data stored on
the unit's internal hard disk via simple controls.
You can also play back recorded data from search results.
For details, see "Image Search" (page 40).
Playing Back the Most Recent Data
(Quick Playback)
When you press the B PLAY button on the front panel of
the unit, the most recent recorded data that is stored on the
unit's internal hard disk will play back.
Playback operations
You can use the buttons on the front panel of the unit to
perform the following playback operations.
To fast forward playback
Press the M FF button.
Tip
Depending on the structure of the data, fast forward
playback may not be possible for the entire recording.
To rewind playback
Press the m REW button.
To pause playback
Press the X PAUSE button.
To resume playback, press the X PAUSE button again or
press the B PLAY button.
To stop playback
Press the x STOP button.
Tips
• If you press the MENU button during playback, the
[Repeat Playback Settings] screen appears.
