• The cooling system is in order although no sound of cooling fan comes out, if the yellow warning light is not flashing. • Always keep the vents on charger and battery clean and clear of any obstructions for cooling. • The products should be sent for repair or maintenance to a Makita service center, if the yellow warning light keeps flashing. - Page 6 Charge the Nickel Metal Hydride battery cartridge when you do not use it for more than six months. NOTE: • The battery charger is for charging Makita-battery cartridge. Never use it for other purposes or for other manufac- turer’s batteries.

Voorkom kortsluiting van de accu: (1) Raak de accuklemmen nooit aan met een geleidend materiaal. (2) Bewaar de accu niet in een bak waarin ook andere metalen voorwerpen zoals spijkers, munten e.d. worden bewaard. (3) Stel de accu niet bloot aan water of regen. Kortsluiting van de accu kan oorzaak zijn van een grote stroomafgifte, oververhitting, brand- wonden en zelfs defecten. - Page 11 Laad de nikkel-metaalhydride accu op wanneer u deze langer dan zes maanden niet gebruikt. LET OP: • De acculader is uitsluitend bestemd voor het opladen van Makita accu’s. Gebruik deze nooit voor andere doeleinden of voor het opladen van accu’s van andere fabrikanten.

Ga daarna als volgt te werk. Plaats de punt van de schroefbit in de schroefkop en oefen druk op het gereedschap uit.
