Severity: CRITICAL
Description: The communication between the VC management application and the active Onboard

Possible causes:
An error has occurred during the execution of a SOAP call from the VC management application to the
Onboard Administrator. Specific known causes are: OA reboot (including firmware update), network

The VC management application has detected that the OA firmware version is below the acceptable
limit.
Action: Perform the following if the communications failure is persistent:
Update the OA firmware if required.
Provide appropriate OA credentials (IP/user/password) if requested by VC.
Verify OA and VC have been assigned IP addresses and that the IP addresses do not conflict with other
assignments on the network.
Verify that management network is not being used for substantial data traffic.
Verify that management network topology is correct.
