STEAMING vEGETABLES
Smaller pieces will steam faster than
larger pieces.
Try to keep vegetables to a uniform size
to ensure even cooking.
Fresh or frozen vegetables may be steamed.
If steaming frozen vegetables, do not
thaw before cooking.
