no spanning-tree portfast—This command implicitly enables PortFast if the
portfast default command is defined in global configuration and if the port is not a trunk port. If
you do not configure PortFast globally, the no spanning-tree portfast command is equivalent to the
spanning-tree portfast disable command.

Description
Calculates the path cost of STP on an interface.
Enables PortFast by default on all access ports.
