Conference Calling

Your Home Office Phone Number has the ability to host both
Scheduled and On-The-Fly Conference calls. You create conference all
host and guest codes through your personal website. Your conference
calling service has the following features:
Scheduled (Reserved) conferencing
Always-on (Reservationless)
conferencing
Max. Scheduled conferences per
number
Max. Always-on conferences per
number
Scheduled conferencing start date
Always on conferencing maximum
duration
Scheduled conferencing maximum
duration
Entry/Exit notification beeps

Scheduled Conferences

A Scheduled Conference has a defined start time and duration. You set the
start and end time and configure the number of participants. Up to 16
people may participate in a Scheduled conference, and if desired all may be
2-way speaking participants. You can define how many Guest Speakers
and Guest Listeners are allowed using the web interface. Your Home
Office Phone Number serves as the "call in" number.
Creating a Scheduled Conference
A Scheduled Conference is created via your web account:
1.
Go to www.accessline.com/login
2.
Enter your Home Office Phone Number and PIN.
3.
Click the Conference button on the left side navigation
4.
Either select a day from the calendar or go to the "List View",
and click the "Reserve a New Conference" button under the
Scheduled Conference Calling category.
5.
Enter all required information.
