Call Forwarding and Call Screening
The Basics
Your Home Office phone number has built-in call forwarding and call
screening functionality that you may choose to use. These features include
enabling and disabling call forwarding, customizing how you want
unanswered calls handled, enabling call screening and much more. These
features are activated and modified through your personal web page.
Logging In
In order to access your call forwarding and call screening features as
well as other features, you must log into the web site at
www.accessline.com/login.
To log into your Home Office Phone Number via the Web:
1.
Go to www.accessline.com/login.
2.
Enter your Home Office Phone Number and PIN (or temporary
PIN provided in an email from AccessLine if it is your first time
logging in).
Handling Busy/Unanswered Calls
Busy/Unanswered Call Setup allows you to determine how calls to your
home office that go unanswered will be handled. You can choose how
