1. On the Today screen, tap the icon in the command bar

3. Tap New.
4. On the Network window, type in the SSID.
5. Select IEEE 802.1X (WEP) as the Assoc. Mode.
6. Select PEAPv1-MSCHAPV2 as the EAP Method.
