Theultimate in personalprogramming. Time-basedgoal.
I. Oncethe CUSTOM programhas beenchosen,press ENTER.
2.Choose thedesired TIMEusing the PROGRAM SETTING KEYSand
press ENTER.

Choosethe desiredSPEEDfor all 15 segmentsusing the ARROW KEYS and
press ENTER. Note: Youwill needto press ENTER after each segment.
,4) TheSTOP key will takeyou back to the previous segment.

Choosethe desired INCLINE for aft 15 segmentsusing the ARROW KEYS and
press ENTER. N ote: Youwill needto press ENTER after each segment.
,4) TheSTOP key will takeyou back to the previous segment.
5. PressSTART to beginyour program.At this time, your program has been
successfullysaved into memory,and can be used for future workouts.
,4) ToRESET y our programinformation and deleteit from memory,pressand
hold the ENTER keyfor 5 seconds(afler you have selectedthe
CUSTOM program).
B) Whileusing your savedprogram,you are able to adjust the speedor
incline, but anychanges will not besaved.
