    Snapshot enables you to save a snapshot image directly from a Web browser to a local hard drive without installing any software. With 0.3 lux light sensitivity, the DCS-3410 is capable of capturing video in rooms with minimal lighting.

    Section 3 - Configuration Configuration This section will show you how to configure your new D-Link Network Camera using the Setup Wizard. Setup Wizard Configuration Click on the D-Link Setup Wizard SE icon that was created in your Windows Start menu.

Can the DCS-3410 be connected to the network if it consists of only private IP addresses? Yes, the Network Camera can be connected to a LAN with private IP addresses.

If a router or firewall is used on the network, the correct ports for the DCS-3410 may not be configured on the router or firewall. To correct the problem, you need to determine if the DCS-3410 is behind a router or firewall and if the router or firewall is properly configured for the ports the DCS-3410 is using.
