Electronic viewfinder (EVF)
Pulling out the EVF
Keep the EVF in its fully extended position during
shooting.
Notes:
• When pulling out the EVF, do not hold it by the
eyecup.
• Do not apply any pressure on the EVF except for
pulling it out and pushing it back in again.
• Be sure to retract the EVF after shooting.
Removing and attaching the eyecup
The eyecup can be removed for cleaning or viewing the
EVF with the left eye.
Removing the eyecup
Pull up the eyecup by the line and turn it
counterclockwise.
Attaching the eyecup
Insert the eyecup and turn it clockwise.
Eyepiece corrector
With this control the eyepiece can be adjusted to the
eyesight.
Pull out the EVF to its fully extended position.
2 Turn the Camcorder on.
0 Adjust the eyepiece corrector until the indications
in the EVF are clearly visible.
Attaching the filter

Turn the lens hood counter-clockwise to remove the
lens hood.
2 Attach the filter.
Note:
A 43 mm diameter filter can be used.
