Adjust
the engi
ne
idle
speed to
ap-
proximately
1,400
rpm
with the
throt-
t
le
stop screw
2.
Turn
the air
screw
slowly
back and
forth
to
obtain
the
point
of
the
ni,
g hest
engine
rpm.
3.
If
the idle speed increases
excessive-
ly,
reduce
the
speed
with the tlirottle
stop
screw,
then
recheck
the
air
screw.
Repeat the
above
procedure
again
if
nec,
e ssary
to
obtain
a stable
adjust-
ment
