Cautions During Use
 Make sure to wear suitable protective clothing when using a chemical for
operation. If a chemical comes into contact with your skin or is
mistakenly swallowed, take suitable first-aid measures with reference to
the product safety data sheet and consult a physician.
Also wear protective goggles when handling the rinse solution used with
the optional sample sipper accessory. If the solution gets into your eyes
or is mistakenly swallowed, wash it out immediately with a large amount
of water.
Furthermore, there is a danger of frostbite caused by the liquid nitrogen
used with the low temperature measurement accessory. Be sure to
wear protective gloves when handling it.
 Keep in mind that the hazard warnings in this manual or on the product
cannot cover every possible case, as it is impossible to predict and
evaluate all circumstances beforehand. Always be alert and use your
common sense.
 If you should notice an abnormal condition such as unusual sound, odor,
fuming or gas leakage during use, unplug the power cable immediately
and take suitable safety measures according to the condition, then
contact your nearest Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation sales
