SECTION 7: SERVICE

Review the troubleshooting procedures in this section if a problem develops with your machine. If you need
replacement parts or additional help with a procedure, call our Technical Support. Note: Please gather the
serial number and manufacture date of your machine before calling.
Motor & Electrical

9. Run capacitor at fault.

11. Contactor not energized/at fault.
12. Centrifugal switch/contact points at fault.

Troubleshooting

Possible Solution
1. Move POWER switch to ON position.
2. Install POWER switch disabling key.
3. Ensure correct power supply voltage and circuit size.
4. Ensure circuit is free of shorts. Reset circuit breaker or
5. Correct motor wiring connections (Page 51).
6. Reset. Adjust or replace if at fault.
7. Test/replace if at fault.

8. Clean motor, let cool, and reduce workload.
