CLEANING, CARE
AND MAINTENANCE
WaRNING!
The device has no parts which require user main-
tenance. Do not attempt to repair or service the
device yourself.
WaRNING!
Always end the charging process and disconnect
the charging cable from the vehicle and the external
charging station before cleaning or servicing.
CaUTION!
Do not pressure wash the vehicle or the area around
the charging cable or charger when the vehicle is
connected to the external charging station via the
charging cable. The connections are not resistant
against pressurized water.
CaUTION!
Only qualified technical personnel should change
the plug or the connecting cables. This will guaran-
tee the safety of the device is maintained.
In the event of damage, repairs or other problems
regarding the product please contact the point of
sale or qualified specialist.
Wipe the housing and cables with a damp cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solvents
for cleaning.
Carefully wind the cable when storing the device.
This will help prevent accidental damage to the
cable and the device.
Store the charging cable in the included carrying
bag.
Store the device in a protected, dry location.
Do not store the device in areas where it is
exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations!
Condensation will form, which can damage the
electronics!

Service

Should you have any questions regarding com-
missioning or operating in spite of studying these
operating instructions, or if a problem should occur
against all expectations, please get in contact with
your specialist supplier.

Disposal

The packaging consists of non-contaminating mate-
rials that you can dispose of at your local recycling
point.
Electrical and electronic equipment that has
become waste is referred to as old equipment.
Owners of old appliances must dispose of them
separately from unsorted municipal waste. In
particular, WEEE does not belong in household
waste, but in special collection and return systems.
Owners of WEEE from private households can hand
it in free of charge at the collection points of the
public waste management authorities or at the take-
back points set up by manufacturers or distributors
as defined by the ElektroG.
The symbol of a crossed-out dustbin regularly
displayed on electrical and electronic equipment
indicates that the respective device must be col-
lected separately from unsorted municipal waste at
the end of its service life.
