TROUBLESHOOTING:
WHEN TO USE THE BULB ADAPTOR
Your Smart Switch package includes a Bulb Adaptor
that may be required when using your switch with
some bulb types (C by GE smart
bulbs
and LED
non-dimmable
bulbs).
If your C by GE Smart Switch experiences the following
issues after installation:
• Switch will not power on or control the bulb
• Flickering
• Poor dimming performance
Check that all installation and wiring
steps
were followed.
If still experiencing issues, install the Bulb Adaptor into a
light socket and then screw your light bulb into the bulb
adaptor.
