The customer and/or CE should be connected directly to the maintenance port to obtain logs.
Note: This model server does not have a pre-configured IP address similar to the CR220xK. So the IP address be
requested in step 2 would need to have been setup by the CE or customer prior. If assistance is needed with this,
please contact support or your local CE.
1. Launch the browser of the administrative system console terminal.
2. Enter "http://<IP Address>" in the address. (As for the IP address, consult customers.)
The factory default settings of the network of the management interface are as follows.
IP address
Subnet mask
Default gateway
DHCP
3. When the connection is successfully established, the login screen is displayed in the browser.
Log in using "user01" as [Username] and "pass01" as [Password].
4. Select the [Logs] tab, and press the [Download Logs] button.
5. Save the file and upload to TUF.

Alternative Method
If unable to use specified IP address for server or it is unknown, you can place the server into 'maintenance' mode.
1. When the LAN cable of the customer is connected to the management interface connector, check that the Web
Console function is not used by the customer, and ask the customer to disconnect the cable.
2. To set the management interface to maintenance mode, hold down the 'FN' button (Function) for 10 seconds or
more until the ERROR LED begins to blink.
