This is a mechanism that aligns the front and rear edges of paper on the Tray B.
The Alignment Plate (arm) is lifted and lowered by the drive of the Lower Neat Alignment

The Return Roller is lifted and lowered by the drive of the Upper Neat Return Roller Lifting
Motor.
The drive of the Stack Delivery Motor (M19) rotates the Return Roller, and the paddle of the
the Return Roller pulls back paper in the direction opposite of the feed direction.
