Description
Provides a wizard-based configuration program for setting
up the basic system data at system startup.
Provides integrated web-based management of voice and
data components with an easy-to-use graphical user
interface for operations, administration, and management.
Installed with ICS Core Software on SPE cards (other than
the SPE running System Manager) to act as the back end
for advanced fault management, availability notification,
and reporting mechanisms.
Provides multiprotocol routing (IP, Internetwork Packet
Exchange [IPX], and AppleTalk), IBM/Systems Network
Architecture (SNA), and transparent bridging over ISDN,
asynchronous serial, and synchronous serial such as leased
lines, Frame Relay, Switched Multimegabit Data Service
(SMDS), Switched 56, X.25, and X.25 over D, and WAN
optimization.
Includes dial-on-demand routing (DDR),
bandwidth-on-demand (BOD) and Open Shortest Path First
(OSPF)-on-demand circuit, snapshot routing, compression,
and filtering.
