AT+ICF
This command allows to select the data synchronous format, the modem will use to accept data
from the DTE (e.g. PC); the modem answer messages will use the same format.
Note: a data format different from 8N1 ( AT+ICF=3,4) disables the autobaud (AT+IPR=0) if active.
If the data format is set at 8N1, the autobaud is automatically enabled.

This command is used to set the flow control to be used.
